Delivery and Shipping Policy (For Print subscription)

Your order is processed within 48 hours of payment and sent by courier. It can take up to 3-5 working days to receive your copy depending on location.

The Youth COSMO newspaper shall not be printed, reproduced or forwarded in any form.

Disclosure

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law.

Online Payment

For financial transactions THE YOUTH COSMO uses a 3rd party secure payment gateway provided by “CC Avenue”. We do not store your Credit/Debit Card information in our database.

Amending an Order

If you have entered incorrect details or want to change your subscription type, please be in touch with us. We will do our best to assist you with this. However, in some cases we may need to cancel the order and ask you to resubscribe. We regret any inconvenience this may cause. Please note any cost incurred by us, would need to be borne by you especially if paying by credit card.

Trademarks, Copyright and Restrictions

Material on The Youth COSMO is solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Without the prior written consent of the owner, modification of the materials, use of the materials on any other website or networked computer environment or use of the materials for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use is a violation of the copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights and is prohibited. Any use for which you receive any remuneration, whether in money or otherwise, is a commercial use for the purposes of this clause. You are restricted from using the Site in a manner that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous and invasive of another’s privacy, hateful or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

Governing Law

Any cause of action arising out of or related to the use of the Site or these Terms of Service will be governed by Indian law. Any disputes arising would be resolved at courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
