    Product Note

    Our games are printed on cotton cloth (13 inch x 13 inch) and include natural materials such as cowrie shells, wooden pegs, sagargoti seeds, and tamarind seeds. Slight variations in size, shape, and texture are a natural part of these materials and are not considered defects and will not be accepted.

     

    7-Day Replacement Policy (No Returns)

    We offer a 7-day replacement policy only. We do not accept returns or refunds.

    Courier charges for replacement will have to be borne by the customer.

    If you receive a product that is:

    • Damaged

    • Defective

    • Incorrect (wrong item received)

    Please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement.

     

    Damages & Issues

    We request you to inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any issue, please contact us immediately. We recommend recording an unboxing video, as it helps us better understand and resolve the issue faster.

     

    Eligibility for Replacement

    To be eligible for a replacement:

    • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

    • It should be in its original packaging

    • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
