Content Architect

March 2026

About the Role

We are looking for a Content Architect who enjoys observing, interpreting, and telling meaningful stories.

This role is less about producing high volumes of social media content and more about shaping how the organisation communicates its ideas and experiences.

Many important moments happen within our programs — a child noticing a spider web, a quiet moment of observation, a conversation about a bird call, or a reflection from a parent. Your role will be to recognise these moments, understand their significance, and translate them into stories, articles, videos, and posts that help others see their meaning.

You will work closely with the founders to convert conversations, field experiences, and ideas into structured communication that builds thoughtful public engagement around nature and childhood.

In essence, you will help shape the narrative voice of the organisation while designing the structure through which that narrative is communicated. If you find yourself noticing small details in nature and wondering what they mean, this role may resonate with you.

Role Type:

As this position is more about finding the right fit, and not about just filling up the position, the role type will be decided in the due course of the interview process. Part time or full time, remote or hybrid, all of this will depend on how our synergies match with the candidate.

Engagement Details

  • Duration: To be decided as per the right candidate fit.

  • Remuneration: Fixed Fee (based on experience)

  • Location: Pune (preferred)
