Community Relationship Manager

About the Role​

​

The Community Relationship Manager is the primary point of contact between Youth COSMO and its parent community. This role involves continuous interaction with existing subscribers and prospective parents through phone conversations, follow-ups, feedback calls, and programme-related communication.

This role is designed for a mother who is deeply invested in her child’s holistic development, believes in a nature-led upbringing for children, and understands why an initiative like Youth COSMO matters.

The work is not transactional sales. It is about listening, explaining, guiding, and building long-term relationships with parents—while also supporting enrolments for excursions and programmes in a thoughtful, value-aligned way.

Engagement Details

  • Duration: Part time (4-5 hours a day)

  • Remuneration: Fixed Fee (based on experience)

  •  Location: Remote

What You’ll Do​

​

Parent Communication & Relationship Building

​

  • Speak with parents over phone calls in a warm, confident, and empathetic manner

  • Introduce Youth COSMO’s philosophy, offerings, and programmes clearly and honestly

  • Act as a trusted point of contact for parent questions and concerns

 

Programme & Sales Support

​

  • Handle outbound and inbound calls related to:

    • Periodical subscriptions

    • Excursions and on-ground programmes

    • Upcoming initiatives and events

  • Support enrolments through conversation-led sales, not scripts

  • Follow up with interested parents in a timely and respectful manner

 

Feedback & Insights

​

  • Collect feedback from parents on periodicals, programmes, and experiences

  • Capture insights from conversations and share them with the core team

  • Help Youth COSMO better understand parent expectations and needs

 

Systems, Processes & Data Handling

 

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes

  • Work comfortably with Excel or similar tools, including filters and tracking

  • Follow communication and reporting processes consistently

  • Be organised, reliable, and detail-oriented

Qualifications​

​

  • Excellent spoken communication skills - English and Hindi is mandatory

  • A natural people’s person who enjoys conversations

  • Prior experience in sales, business development, CRM, or relationship management

  • Experience interacting with parents or families in an education or community setting

  • Belief in a nature-led upbringing for children

  • Comfortable working systematically and following processes

  • Working knowledge of Excel (filters, basic data handling)

  • Should be comfortable in writing emails regularly. â€‹
